Our History
Implement4 was founded in 2024 by a group of Restoration professionals that became partners with deep, firsthand experience in disaster restoration, with a clear goal: help restoration and remediation businesses move from “busy” to scalable and profitable.
From the beginning, Implement4 was built as more than a traditional consulting firm. Today, we continue to expand our impact by pairing industry-specific expertise with hands-on execution—helping restoration leaders strengthen their teams, refine operations, and build businesses that can perform under pressure and grow with confidence.
Our Leadership Team
Ethan Harrell
With over 20+ years of Restoration experience, Ethan's expertise spans from commercial construction, development, property restoration operations and executive coaching, systems implementation, property restoration industry education and business consulting, His exceptional achievements include IICRC Triple Mastery Certifications, PMI Certified PMP, and holding an Unlimited GC and Licensed Adjuster status.
His community involvement includes disaster response training and serving as the current president of the HOA Blackberry Ridge Community, member of RIA and former SECR board member. As CEO of Implement4, Ethan oversees our operations and is a driving force for success!
Jenny Andrawis
Key personal and professional attributes that define Jenny are being diplomatically direct, being results-oriented, a market maker, always leading from the front, and having high emotional intelligence. Jenny focuses on data-driven results, and understands and embraces the differences between marketing and sales.
Jenny is a committee member of the Social Media Club Washington DC, an organization which provides opportunities to share ideas and information about social media. SMC’s primary missions are focused on promoting media literacy, promoting standards based technologies, championing ethical behavior, and sharing collective knowledge.
Jenny is also on Constant Contact’s advisory panel. Her regular participation on different email marketing, social media marketing, and contact management topics helps influence product and service decision-making at Constant Contact.
